Lemondrop™ Hop Profile
Released in 2012 by Hopsteiner, Lemondrop™ is an aroma hop offering distinct lemon-citrus flavor, rounded out by notes of mint, green tea, and sweet melon. Lemondrop is a descendant of Cascade with a similar alpha range and citrus-forward profile. It shines best in late additions across a range of lager and ale styles, pairing nicely with other fruit-forward varieties like Amarillo®, Mosaic®, and El Dorado®. True to its name, Lemondrop brings the zest in every pour.
